How our A/V services work
Requirements gathering
We start with a review, with you if you are available, room by room, of your anticipated needs. Dimensions of the rooms to be used can be very helpful at this stage, so we encourage clients to ask for these early on from the venue project manager.
A/V Quote creation
We work with one or more of our A/V partners to derive a quote that takes all of your requirements into account. We present the quote to you, as it was when we received it. Any discounts provided to us, we pass on to you. Once the quote is approved, we add a management fee of 10-25%, depending on the complexity of our work required to manage the A/V required for the event.

Our attendees and our staff are hardwired to produce in-person events at the same venue. We have been doing it for 40 years. When we had to plan our first-ever entirely virtual event, there was a lot of anxiety about what that could look like. And what that might be like after the event, because we are also very hardwired to get both positive and negative feedback from attendees.
